Just can’t really comprehend what the country is going through:
Greece’s unemployment rate stood at 27.3 percent in August, unchanged from the previous month.
That’s one mindblowing stat. Here’s another. Below is a graph of all-time largest structural government balance adjustment, the swing from deficit to surplus. 1st place: Greece. 2nd place: also Greece.

Any analysis that paints most Greeks as anything other than the tragic heroes of the last half decade is missing something.
